1. What sizes do you offer?

We currently carry sizes S–3XL. Our sweatshirts are unisex, designed for a relaxed fit. For an oversized, cozy look, we recommend sizing up. A full size chart is available on each product page.

 

2. How do I know what size to choose?

Lay one of your favorite sweatshirts flat and compare it to our size chart. The chart shows body length and chest width. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest going up one size for extra comfort.

 

3. How do I care for my embroidered sweatshirt?

To keep your embroidery looking its best:

Turn inside out before washing.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.

Do not use bleach.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.

Do not iron directly on embroidery.

 

4. Where are your sweatshirts made?

Each item is embroidered in Northeast, Florida in our small embroidery studio, Loving Threads. 

 

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each piece is made to order, please allow 4-7 business days for production before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

 

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! If your sweatshirt doesn’t fit quite right, we accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery (items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or with an error on our part.

8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future as we grow.

 

9. Are your products Catholic?

Yes! Our sweatshirts are inspired by the beauty of the Catholic faith. Each one is stitched with love to be a quiet reminder of God’s presence wherever you go.
