Welcome to Loving Threads (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services available at www.lovingthreads.co (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from Loving Threads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Our Products

Each piece at Loving Threads is thoughtfully made to order in our small family studio in Palm Coast, Florida. Because our embroidery is handmade, slight variations in stitching, thread color, or placement may occur. These differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Processing

  • Processing time: Most orders are crafted and shipped within 7–14 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom & bulk orders: Personalized or wholesale orders may require additional time; we’ll communicate expected timelines before production begins.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

  • Once an order leaves our studio, delivery times and conditions are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages, but we’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim if needed.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • The item arrived damaged.

To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lovingthreads.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system. Loving Threads does not store or have access to your full payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All embroidery designs, product photos, logos, and written content on this Site are the intellectual property of Loving Threads. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or distribute our designs or content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Loving Threads, you agree that we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, or

  • Delays or issues outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase amount for that order.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected through our Site is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Site after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
